PLANNING YOUR CEREMONY I WILL BE WORKING FOR YOU! To this end, I will be available to assist with ideas or advice to support you in planning the ceremony, work closely with you throughout to ensure the ceremony exceeds your expectations and guide you through the ceremony when that special day arrives. Similarly, if you already have the details of your ceremony mapped out, I will follow the plans you have envisioned. REHEARSAL You want your ceremony to unfold just as you have envisioned it, and the rehearsal will ensure that all members of your wedding party understand their roles and responsibilities to make your vision a reality. Strongly recommended if you have more than one attendant/groomsman, we will walk through the ceremony at least twice covering: how to enter; where and how to stand; when to take and return your bouquet; how to exchange your rings; if you are adding a special ceremony, such as the Rose Ceremony, Unity Candle or Sand Ceremony, where to go, what to do and how to assist the bride with her train as she moves throughout the ceremony; and how to exit. We will also review the steps related to seating of the parents and other key family members. An important side benefit of the rehearsal is that with everyone knowing their roles, where and how to stand, photographs throughout the ceremony will be enhanced. Secure in the knowledge that everyone knows exactly what to do and when to do it, you will be free to thoroughly enjoy your ceremony. DAY OF YOUR WEDDING For your ceremony, I will be available to arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. Arrangements can be made in advance for me to arrive earlier if there are any last minute details you feel you want to review or discuss. When I arrive, I will first check with both the bride and groom to make sure there are no last minute questions. I touchbase with the photographer so that they are aware of all the elements of the ceremony (e.g. Rose, Unity Candle, etc.) so that they can be positioned for the best pictures and, if applicable, the person/people responsible for the music during the ceremony to make sure all is cued correctly. I will also check to make sure all items for the ceremony (aisle runner, roses, candles, lighters, etc.) are in place. On the day of your wedding it is important to me and a service commitment of A Wedding Expression that you thoroughly enjoy your wedding day. My philosophy is simple, you have entrusted your wedding ceremony to me and my role is to ensure that all events surrounding this important part of your special day unfold just as we have planned.  PRICESMy pricing philosophy is simple and straightforward – no higher fees for evening ceremonies or large wedding parties, no complex calculations of mileage fees, and no additional charges if you desire me to arrive early or stay a reasonable length of time following the ceremony. My role, responsibilities and commitment to providing you excellent service are the same, regardless of the time, size, or location of your wedding. My goal for any ceremony I perform, whether small and intimate or large and elegant, is your complete satisfaction.
...and remember, there are NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES for meetings or consultations as we plan the ceremony  Terms of PaymentI ask that you provide 1/2 of the total fee in advance to reserve your date and time. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the total cost of your ceremony. The remainder of the fee will be due no later than the time of wedding ceremony. If, for any reason you decide not to have me perform your ceremony and you provide me with at least 7 days notice, I will return any money paid over and above the initial deposit.
